DoD Flight Analyses
● Enhance current data workflows to optimize large scale data analyses and risk calculations using linear and dynamic programming
● Drive decision making processes on model updates using sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and increasing model accuracy using python libraries and tableau for visual analysis

FAA Flight Analyses

Financial Analysis Contract
● Collaborate on developing best practices for analytic programs including data management, analytic methodologies, and more
● Conduct analyses sampling collected data from relational databases in Postgres
● Apply and assess accuracy of text matching algorithms utilizing parallel processing
VA Call Center Analysis
● Analyze data from VA call center to identify changes for increased efficiency and meeting target SLAs using Service Now, Excel, R, Python, and Power BI tools
● Applied statistical tests such as hypothesis testing and t-tests to identify significant differences between daily call volume and identified impacts of call center incidents on SLA’s and KPI’s to develop Power BI dashboard tool for easy data validation including multiple data visualizations and quick calculation tools to assess the affects of major outages
● Increased monthly KPIs by 20%+ to meet SLAs and deliver 10-minute major incident outage tool to assess waiver requests during major incidents

Made “impact to ECO's customer focused outcomes as priorities and by enabling data driven decisions rather than subjective decisions. Support the ASA SLA Data Verification and Validation they retrieved the data from the CCI platform and used programming techniques to filter and manipulate the data that led to multiple discoveries. Identified the impact of Major Incidents outages on ASA SLA, on Staffing levels. Collaborated with MTIRE Team to build a simple but effective data validation tool. Provided multiple data visualizations to ensure the VA understanding of the associated insights.”
Foster Care Analysis
● Present data for federal convening on barriers and opportunities for improvement in the foster care system using R
● Explore data on national and state foster care variables to understand precursors and outcomes of child welfare involvement and create data visualizations to understand families that lose their children to the foster care system in an effort to prioritize family wellness and communication between different government orgs and families.
● Outlined 4 major challenges, 4 opportunities for improvement, and 6 proposed next steps in improving child and family well-being at the state and federal level
